About this House

This is the kind of townhome buyers hope for — updated, dialed-in, and genuinely cared for. The main level feels open and easy, with hardwood floors throughout and natural light filling the space. The layout flows effortlessly from the living room into the kitchen and breakfast area, where stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar make everyday living simple. Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer Stay!
Upstairs, the primary suite offers dual walk-in closets and a private bath and a generous vanity. A second spacious bedroom (perfect for guests or a home office), full hall bath, and second-floor laundry make the layout practical and efficient. New LVP flooring upstairs (2024) gives the upper level a fresh, current feel.
Major updates are already handled, including a newer maintenance-free deck and railing (2021), new light fixtures (2021), and a new furnace and A/C (2023). The lower level is clean, spacious, and ready for whatever you envision, complete with a bathroom rough-in. Buyers can move in without a looming project list.

Community amenities include a pool, basketball courts, pond, and playground, with exterior maintenance handled for you. Conveniently located near highways, shopping, restaurants, and served by Prairie View Elementary, Frontier Middle, and Liberty High.

Updated. Practical. Easy living. This one just makes sense.

"You see people walking their dogs all the time and there are areas to dispose of your dog’s waste. People tend to drive too fast."

"Lots of beige plastic siding can be seen in every direction. It’s really quite comforting to know that everyone else in my neighborhood is just like me. Diversity is overrated. "
  • Meghan F.

  • Chasity J.
"OFallon is a great city with a small town feel. i feel safe here, feel safe to go to any part of OFallon. You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
  • Deneen S.
"Great place to raise your kids the school district is great. People for the most part are friendly. Great atmosphere "
  • Slw2364
"family's are friendly and have lots of get togethers. there is a neighborhood easter egg hunt, 4th of july social, movie nights and lots of trick or treats at Halloween. "
  • Natkor03
"Everyone is friendly!! Dogs are always on a leash if they are being walked. If they aren't on a leash they are well trained and stay in their front yards. "
  • Amy
"There are lots of communal events in Twin Chimneys, and in OFallon in general. It’s a large suburban town, but close enough to St. Louis that it’s easy to head in for a Cards game, etc. Great value for the $$$ out here."
  • carly s
"tons of options when it comes to kid friendly holiday themed events and even non holiday oriented activities. shopping/dining/movies/parks and more, all less than 10 minute drive depending on what you're looking for"
