New stainless steel kitchen appliances, and Central A/C included, with laundry facilities onsite. Tenant pays for their own electric and gas (NIPSCO).Landlord pays for water, sewer and garbage pickup. Indiana Choice Voucher School Eligibility.

REQUIREMENTS: We rent only to upstanding people, so before moving forward to receive a viewing of the property make sure you meet each of the following. 1) There is a minimum household income requirement of $3375 per month. 2) We do a full background and criminal check on each adult, which must come back clean. This includes never having an eviction. 3) Positive reference checks 4) Steady employment history 5) If approved, $2815 is due at the signing which includes $1125 for rent and $1690 for security deposit -- no exceptions. 6) There is a strict no-smoking policy.
