Recently painted and redecorated. $895.00/month plus utilities, lease and security deposit, first and last months rent required. We will be taking a detailed rental application, and doing a credit and background check for each occupant.
We are looking for employed/financially stable people who are non smokers. The future tenant will have access to a 16' X 20' photography studio/workshop, with electric service and efficient wood stove, adjacent to cabin, the owners reserves the right to use this photography studio/workshop space for their own purposes on occasion. Students feel unsafe and watched as if the teachers are predators. When brought to administration, little was done to make the student feel safe.
