About this House

Standard three family with all the hard work done! New rubber roof in 1997. Vinyl siding and all replacement windows in 2006. Third floor porch roof was redone with a rubberized roll in 2010. Two of the furnaces were replaced with high efficiency units in 2009 & 2010. The third floor furnace had a new motor installed in 2009 and functions well. All hardwood through out under the carpets. Two new water heaters as well! Front porches and three enclosed back porches. Interior needs work but once done this will be a wonderful property to live in or hold as an investment!     "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
