The house is 3 min walk from the bus stop, and the bus takes you to Sullivan, Malden or Wellington train station (Orange Line). There are Dunkin and other local restaurants less than 10 min walk. The unit will be available November 1st. Owner is asking 1st, last month rent and $500 security deposit at lease signing. No broker fees.
