Kitchen is well organized and looks out into the living room making it feel more spacious
For a smaller type of unit, this place truly feels very spacious
Electric baseboard heaters (super economical due to unit configuration)
Amazing light comes into the unit from the windows
Configuration of living room to kitchen makes the unit feel quite good sized, not a tiny - cramped unit
Decent amount of storage right in the unit (really!)
Monthly rent is $1,495 plus $80 PP to cover building water/sewer/garbage use by tenant
Pets negotiable (size and age restrictions apply) - if accepted, additional deposit applies and additional monthly pet rent
On-Site laundry - two washers, two dryers - Coin operated
Damage Deposit is $1,400
$25 PP for application fee - background and credit check fee also applies
Owner manages the building - means that it is well taken care of and repairs are done promptly when necessary - lots of tenants stay just because of how well the building is managed!!
