This loft is above a local barbershop on Springfield's historic Commercial Street. The property is just a couple blocks away from various shops, restaurants, and even a farmer's market. The whole street has free parking, and there are plenty of spots behind the building when the main street is full.

We provide an in-unit wi-fi router. Utilities are paid directly to the city. We provide most if not all service calls and maintenance free of charge. Payments must be made through an online platform that has no processing fees if a bank account is connected.

    "I have lived in Midtown's Historic District for 15 years and my husband has lived in this neighborhood for over 22 years. The schools are the best in Springfield! They are the only International Baccalaureate school in the city for gifted students. Beautiful historic neighborhood with an active neighborhood association that is close to public parks and pools, shopping, night life, restaurants, cafes, theatres, etc..."
