Very quiet area in downtown Bartlett. Less than 2 blocks to train, restaurants, Bartlett park and Bartlett elementary school. Unit features mostly new flooring, new paint, washer and dryer, good size deck. no pets preferably. Credit and criminal background check is 40 per adult. deposit is one months rent and depending on tenant history/background check additional last months rent may be also be required. Garage can not be used for a business other than storage as property is zoned as residential.
