Downtown Bartlett 2 bedroom coach house available for rent. This is a very unique property with a main home in the front of the lot and this coach house that is 1100 square feet sits above an 1100 square foot garage that fits at least 5 cars.
The garage is not included with the rental
 however it can be for an additional 600 a month. Landlord will use about 150 square feet for storage. The garage is heated, has plumbing and is perfect for anyone needing a workspace or very ample storage. Home can be rented excluding the garage for the 2,250 and including the garage it would be 2,850. Driveway also has space for up to 3 parking spaces. Tenant pays all utilities except for garbage. Very quiet area in downtown Bartlett. Less than 2 blocks to train, restaurants, Bartlett park and Bartlett elementary school. Unit features mostly new flooring, new paint, washer and dryer, good size deck. no pets preferably. Credit and criminal background check is 40 per adult. deposit is one months rent and depending on tenant history/background check additional last months rent may be also be required. Garage can not be used for a business other than storage as property is zoned as residential.
