    "we are off the beaten path as far as traffic is concerned... there is a very low crime rate in our neighborhood. we have two parks relatively close. there is a grade school within a quarter mile. lots of kids in the neighborhood. even though it appears to be primarily Hispanic there are few rentals and fairly descent upkeep of the houses and landscape. it's one of the quieter neighborhoods I've been in in my 25 years here in elgin"
