9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy teen appreciates the variety of classes offered at Lincoln. Her sophomore year, she took 2 AP classes and scored 5 out of 5 for each. Encouraged by her teachers, she signed up 4 AP classes this year. She enjoys being challenged by both her teachers and athletic coaches, who have been supportive of her when she experienced a health challenge midway through a season. As parents, we appreciate all the levels of challenge and encouragement she has received from the Lincoln teachers, coaches, and student community.Parent Review5mo ago - Check out schools near 22 John Street UNIT 37.

"Decent selection of restaurants and entertainment. Centrally located to other Seattle neighborhoods, although being so close to the arena and relying on Mercer St to get to I5 means most weekends you just end up staying home rather than deal with traffic. "

"I've lived here for almost a year now, and I can't complain. Lower Queen Anne is convenient to almost everything- short bus ride downtown, has a ton of options for grocery stores, and close to some really cute parks and nice views. I feel mostly safe, and it's quiet for the most part."

"I've lived in LQA for a year now and love it. The east side of the neighborhood is clean and quiet with a few charming coffee shops and restaurants (Citizen, Crow). I love the proximity to the freeways, buses, downtown, and other neighborhoods for more entertainment. Though Mercer St can sometimes get packed due to freeway or Seattle Center event traffic, you can easily walk to get where you need within the area. I love it here and want to stay as long as possible!"
