Description

Just seeing if there is any real interest in this house. Honestly would like to find an investor/ flipper with a quick cash offer so we can get a place with a downstairs master suite.

It's an old farm house with lots of woodwork, hardwood floors and 9ft ceiling. The rooms are good sized and the layout is pretty nice.
 Our plan was to turn it into a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Health issues put a temporary stop to clean up and remodeling, but we have recently restarted them.

    "Popcorn festival is always a big hit in Marion ! Ever since I can remember ! I went as a kid now my kids go an it will forever be a tradition from the parade to all the great vendors n food n rides ! Also they started a tree lighting ceremony and do a light show ever Christmas as well ! "

    "I’ve lived here since 2017 . This is the longest I’ve stayed renting one place . Personally I love my neighbors a the area I’m in . Literally have not had one problem in the 7 years I’ve been here . But all my other homes on the opposite side of town I’ve had all sorts of problems . But my neighborhood is unique bc my neighbors are more like family. We watch out for one another we help one another! "

One has retured to live here again and opperated a Beauty Salon. I loved the area as is was a smaller community, much like the one I was raised in.
