    "Popcorn festival is always a big hit in Marion ! Ever since I can remember ! I went as a kid now my kids go an it will forever be a tradition from the parade to all the great vendors n food n rides ! Also they started a tree lighting ceremony and do a light show ever Christmas as well ! "

Literally have not had one problem in the 7 years Iโ€™ve been here . But all my other homes on the opposite side of town Iโ€™ve had all sorts of problems . But my neighborhood is unique bc my neighbors are more like family. We watch out for one another we help one another! "
