"I pretty much work all the time. But it is a wonderful, quiet community with lots of great places to eat or drink. Delaware does a first Friday event every month downtown, and people love it. Plus a farmers market twice a week during the summer. "

"First off the location is great and a really good school system. 23 looks scary but if you take the back road it's actually a lot faster and a nicer drive. There is a healthy kid population in this neighborhood as well."

"Nice quiet Safe Community. This is the 4th time I'm visiting my daughter here in Ohio from Seattle Washington, Everytime time I come, I enjoy the visit more and more. I'm learning the area and there is quick access to two different Walmarts the highway is pretty cool, I get to go 50 mph on the highway. -AzziemTheDream "
