The home is located 1 mile outside the city limits in a secluded HOA subdivision, very quiet, mountain views, no through streets and hiking trails in the neighborhood. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown. The house has 3 bedrooms, master BR/bath plus additional full bathroom in hallway. Carpet in all bedrooms and stairs, wood laminate in living room,kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. The laundry room is located downstairs off the garage entrance with washer and dryer. It has the main deck off the dining room which is 12x20ft and a smaller deck off the master BR. Vaulted ceiling in the living room, dining room and kitchen area. A wood burning stove is available for use with annual cleaning plus central heat. Gas stove, New Frigidare refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer are included. There are 4x8 ft windows in the living room/dining room to take in the views and provide passive solar in the winter as the house is south/west facing. A fully enclosed attached 2 car garage with storage shelves and work bench. PLEASE SEE THE 3D TOUR FOR THE MOST RECENT PHOTOS.

I am looking for a 1 year lease minimum, utilities stay in my name and is billed monthly as a whole based on usage. Renter will be responsible for cable, internet and phone service as you need. No satellite disc are allowed to be attached to the house. HOA, lawn service and sprinkler maintenance are payed by the landlord. This is a non smoking household. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, a $1000 pet deposit would be added to the Rent deposit.
