Walk to Mason Center Park, the Smiley Building, Sky Steps & ABC Trail, the Animas River Trail, 11th Street Station, Buckley Park, City Market, and the Durango Farmers Market. Enjoy Durango's historic steam train, Gold Medal fishing, world-class mountain biking, hiking, rafting, and Purgatory Resort just 33 minutes away. Owners are longtime Durango residents who live in the main house.

30-day minimum lease for this fully furnished mid-term rental. It is not a short-term rental but is perfect for a traveling professional or someone checking out Durango but not wanting to stay in a hotel. Owners live in the main house and have been in Durango since 1998. No smoking. No pets. Security deposit due at signing. All utilities and Internet included.
