The other full bath is on the second floor hallway. Basement is finished with fire place, a big bright window and can be used as family room. Also the first and second floor have laminated floors. The half basement is carpeted.

    "Neighborhood is very dog friendly. People are constantly walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. We have a 100 pound Rottweiler and have no issues walking her in the neighborhood. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
