"I’ve lived here for over 10 years it’s pretty quiet most of the time and most people keep to themselves. Down side is that there’s nothing to do here so it gets pretty boring."

"I don’t know. Just make sure your dog is on a leash. Not all dogs are friendly. And you don’t know what your dog is really capable of around strangers and other dogs. "

"It’s a very safe neighborhood, there’s lots of parks I just find it can be hard to find a lot of kid and teen spaces. I’d recommend making sure your teen has a license I see this as a place to live with young kids!"

"Neighborhood is very dog friendly. People are constantly walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. We have a 100 pound Rottweiler and have no issues walking her in the neighborhood. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."

"That people respect each other spaces on the sidewalks, but there is a problem with picking up at the pets. Even though there are receptacles with bags and then hang on waste area for them to put them in, so no need to be lazy."

"Close to the interstate and there are lots of alternate routes using side streets, if you don't want to use the interstate. Roads are typically not congested. "

"It has a rural feel but is close to amenities. Wide shoulders allow for nice walking areas. The community center used to be a one room school house and holds many neighborhoods events like pancake breakfasts, craft fairs, barbecues, etc."
