No smokers please. Washer/dryer hookup. Absolutely NO PETS. Located in school District 3. Central heat and air. Renter responsible for all utilities. (Duke Power and Spartanburg Water Works). 2 minutes from East Main St (Hwy 29) and 5 minutes from Walmart and other shopping and dining areas. 1st month's rent of $1000 and Deposit of $1000 required.
