(Duke Power and Spartanburg Water Works). 2 minutes from East Main St (Hwy 29) and 5 minutes from Walmart and other shopping and dining areas. 1st month's rent of $1000 and Deposit of $1000 required.

1st month's rent of $1000 and security deposit of $1000 required. All utilities are renter's responsibility. Only those authorized on rental agreement can live at residence. No sub-leasing. Lease is for 1 year. Resident should obtain renter's insurance. Absolutely NO PETS. Non smokers. Off road parking located behind mobile home.
