Pippin Properties will verify credit, background, employment/salary, and rental history on each adult over 18. Must have acceptable credit (600+).

Pets allowed with $250 refundable deposit per pet (*it is not legal in Colorado to accept a non-refundable pet deposit). Landlord requires pet meet and greet and/or confirmation from veterinarian on current vaccines and health/temperament before making final decision on pet(s). 2 pet maximum-2 dogs, 2 cats, or 1 dog and 1 cat. No reptiles or birds.

No smoking allowed / no trampolines. Must provide proof of Renter's Insurance upon occupancy.

*Recreational marijuana use is legal in Colorado. However, both Colorado Law and Federal Law give us the right to prohibit the use, possession, and growing of marijuana in any of our rental properties. Marijuana use, possession, and growth is not allowed in any of our properties.
