Excellent access to a regional linear park for hiking and biking. Only two miles to the local light rail station to go anywhere in the Denver area. 1/2 hour drive to the airport without ever using a freeway!"

Walking trails, parks and dog parks within walking distance. Close to Quincy and Cherry Creek reservoir. Close to three major shopping areas and plenty of smaller ones."

    "I have lived in this vicinity for over 14 years. The homes are big and beautiful with charm and character. Some of the homes are on two lots with .25 acres of great back yards. The neighbors are great and watch out for each other. We love it!"
