One bedroom available room size 10x10 (Queen or Full Bed) (One Person Per Room)

Street parking only.
Near Ocean Market, Target, Great Mall, Cisco, and Milpitas BART station, Hwy 680, 880, 237

Smoking outside, no drugs and no pets. No overnight guest. Excluded Area Living Room, Back Yard and Gym Area.

LIGHT COOKING ONLY 2-3 days PER WEEK.
Monthly rent is $1,100 a month. Utilities will be divided by 3 for, PGE, WiFi, Water and trash bills. Weekly cleaning of the shared bathroom is a must. $1,100 refundable deposit is required. MUST BE DOG FRIENDLY. I have two small dogs, part time. Please email, us if you are interested in viewing the bedroom. Please, provide your contact info and provide little bit about yourself, like your full name, where you work, and when you would like to move in. Prospective renters pay $30 fee for a renter application with your credit report, criminal background check and eviction record. We are looking for a 12 month term or longer.

    "I've lived in Milpitas for ten years and it's rapidly transforming. The schools are top tier in the newer residential neighborhoods and there's a nice urban+suburban feel to the area. Trader Joe's , Great Mall, and many parks are close by and it's very safe. Only Main Street remains an eyesore."

    "It’s decent taking the 880 fwy but it can get congested. I have even taken the streets some days to and/or from work. With traffic it is about a 25-30 minute commute. Without traffic it is less than 15 minutes."

    "It’s all cemented for a brisk walk around this neighborhood, atleast that’s how I feel with my feet already being tired as they do, the concrete only makes the reality of fatigue all the more real.. if you ask me, a decent park that’s animal friendly is all my dog & I would ever welcome & need because he’s worth it.."
