    "The Hillcrest neighborhood in the east foothills of San Jose is special. Nestled just below Alum Rock Park and next to the San Jose Golf and Country Club, it offers plenty. Mountain bike riding in the park, road riding up Mount Hamilton rd, hiking along streams and wooded trails, golf, or just walking the sidewalks and visiting neighbors. The residents have a true community spirit. A clean shopping center with a supermarket and drug store are just down the hill. Antipasto deli and meat market is a popular meeting place, serving hot meals and community spirit. The neighborhood is clean and monitored regularly by the County Sheriffs Dept. Hillcrest is a great place to call home. "
