"The “can I speak to the managers” are about 1 in 20. Most people are very caring and friendly. There are a fair amount of homeless people in the area who break into whatever they can, including to shower in our private community. I feel unsafe walking after dark. Lots of families and dogs, if that’s what you care about. "

You can tell who is local and who is brand new like myself and it’s been fun and all but paying to park in front of my home and not promised a spot is horrible and frustrating. "
