"Area is pretty nice and you can find a lot of friendly people around walking their dogs. The grocery stores are walkable distance and everything is pretty close by. You are well in reach of the freeways so you are well connected to the whole of bay area "

"Nestled near the east foothills, bedroom community, can hear crickets at night. In 95132 neighborhood, there is one friendly bar, one donutshop, two gas stations, a Safeway and CVS that are open 24 hours! Lots of big parks and friendly people. The biggest crimes we have are porch pirates and they are always from somewhere else. It's not the Eastside and never has been. We are our own community - Berryessa. "

"Neighborhood is becoming really bad. Crime is high because it's the east side of San Jose. Packages get stolen all the time. People are fed up. Do your due diligence before choosing this area. Look at crime reports and Megan's Law. "

"To many people stealing packages, and lots of homeless people. It's sad that people don't do due diligence on these properties. These properties are close to a million or over a million and lots of crime in the area. I don't know why it's gotten worse. "

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two boys attending the school. We went from a public school to St Victor's. We transferred for a more challenging curriculum & supportive staff. The school's community is welcoming & encourages parents to get involved. Also, I have noticed he shows more interest in learning.Parent Review1mo ago17 Reviews
