Room Description

One private bedroom available for single occupancy in a bright, spacious, and remodeled home in Milpitas. Tenant will have access to 1.5 shared bathrooms, indoor and outdoor kitchen areas, living and family rooms, laundry, and street parking.

This is a shared household with 3 housemates, and all occupants are expected to maintain shared spaces, clean up after themselves, respect quiet hours and each other's privacy and belongings, and follow the household and kitchen-use guidelines below.

Kitchen Use:
Indoor kitchen use is limited to light food preparation only, such as making tea or coffee, warming bread, using the microwave, and reheating prepared food. Full meal cooking is not permitted inside the home. An outdoor kitchen is available for regular cooking and meal preparation.

Everyone is expected to clean up immediately after themselves when using either kitchen, the bathrooms, or other shared/common areas. Counters, sinks, stovetops, and other areas used should be left clean and ready for the next person.

Tenants must provide and use their own dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, food, and other personal kitchen items. Please do not use another household member's personal belongings without permission.

This is a quiet and respectful shared home. Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours, and respect the privacy of other occupants. Personal belongings should not be left in shared/common areas. Smoking is NOT permitted at all inside the property or anywhere outside on the property. For everyone's safety and security, all exterior doors must be locked when entering or leaving the home.

Trader Joe's , Great Mall, and many parks are close by and it's very safe. Only Main Street remains an eyesore."

    "It’s decent taking the 880 fwy but it can get congested. I have even taken the streets some days to and/or from work. With traffic it is about a 25-30 minute commute. Without traffic it is less than 15 minutes."
