About this House

Just right outside of downtown Phoenix easy enough to Waymo lift or Uber into town for concerts and events. The light rail parking is seven Streets west. Freeway entrances are easily within a quarter a mile away. Easy access to the 10,51, 202 and the 17. My wife loves this house because it's small enough and so easy to clean, however very cozy for a family of four. The Ranch market and Bazza market are right down the street.

House will be available in September. No smoking cigarettes or marijuana inside the house. You will be responsible for all Utilities.Internet, electricity and water. Electric company is APS. Water and trash is City Of Phoenix. Rent can be month to month. Backyard is huge. Has RV gate. The only maintenance required would be to notify me when weeds and grass start spreading in the backyard. Call for inquiries.

    "There is a lot of history and some charm, however with the freeways close by and the amount of alley ways that are present in about 95% of the properties; this area gets a lot of homeless, dumpster divers, gang bangers and scouts on the look out for burgarlizing homes. we have to be very vigilant when it comes to our exterior and the back of our home due to very unsafe and unpatroled alley ways."
