Rarely vacant, we have a house with a guest house near downtown. Both are 2 bedrooms 1 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. These are low end older rentals, evaporative cooling only, no a/c. If you want to rent just one house they are $550 a piece, or the two for $895. $500 deposit for one or both. Please drive by the property, currently the front house is occupied for a few more days, the rear is vacant. To rent from us you would fill out an application, provide proof of income, picture IDs and a copy of your current completed rental contract. Thankyou.

    "There is a lot of history and some charm, however with the freeways close by and the amount of alley ways that are present in about 95% of the properties; this area gets a lot of homeless, dumpster divers, gang bangers and scouts on the look out for burgarlizing homes. we have to be very vigilant when it comes to our exterior and the back of our home due to very unsafe and unpatroled alley ways."
