The unit features tall ceilings, large bathroom with a bathtub, and a totally finished kitchen with top notch appliances -- if you love to cook, this kitchen is for you. Private parking spot in the rear, as well as plenty of street parking available. You will have your own private fenced in backyard area (with a grill included). Very cozy place, 100% move-in ready as it comes FULLY FURNISHED, has washer and dryer already.

Tenant is responsible for their own utilities -- each unit (of this 2-unit duplex) has their own gas and water meters. Pets (limit 2) are welcome with a one-time payment of $150. No smoking whatsoever inside of the unit. Neighbors (who share the second side of the duplex) are long-term renters. Both get up pretty early for work M-F so it's respectfully requested to keep the noise to a minimum from 11pm - 9am. Ideally looking for April 1 move in date, but May 1 can also be a possibility. Minimum 1 month lease duration. No maximum.
