LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION -- we are listing the 3-story unit for rent that we lived in and loved for 5 years. This duplex on a corner is fantastic for couples and is located on a tree-lined brick street in an ideal location just one block away from German Village. 5-minute walk to Schiller Park, 3-minute walk to Red Brick Tavern and Mid-City Garage, 4-minute walk to the famous Thurman's Cafe, German Village Coffee Shop, Fox in the Snow, and South Village Grille. 5-minute drive to I-71 and SR 315 on-ramp. 7-minute drive to heart of Downtown Columbus.

Tall ceilings with recessed lights, wood floors, finished attic loft, quartz countertops, gas stove, up-to-date windows, private and fenced-in back yard, new back yard patio, elevated and covered front porch which is shaded by a massive tree, private parking in the rear.

The back yard is and was always my favorite. Flowering vines creep along the back yard dividing fence, creating privacy. Landscape lighting is on a timer and beautifully accentuates all of the lush foliage after sunset. Stringed lights suspended over the patio.

Desired move-in date: November 1st, 2026 at the earliest. Lease duration anywhere between 6 months and 1 year. IF desired lease duration is less than 1 year, monthly rent may be subject to change.

1-year lease, tenant pays all utilities, maximum 2 dogs allowed, no cats, no smoking whatsoever, security deposit due when lease is signed
