About this House

A smaller apartment complex on Capitol Hill with a chill vibe. This building is about 100 years old now and was featured in the 1992 rom-com, grunge movie 'Singles'. It's just a few blocks from vibrant 15th Ave, about a 15-minute walk from Broadway and a stone's throw from Miller Playfield. Many of the current tenants have been here for a while and are sad to go when they leave. Parking around the building is usually pretty easy to find and it's generally quiet as far as an apartment in the city goes.

Hi, I'm Rob, the on-site manager. Here are the important details:

-We require a $50 non-refundable application fee to start. This will be a cursory background and credit check. If you don't think you have good credit, I wouldn't bother as it could be a waste of your money.
-First and Last month's rent is required as well as a $1500 deposit. So, moving in (without cats) will be $4,890. That seems like a lot but you can put the last month and deposit down to hold the apartment ($3,195) and then just pay $1,695 on the first of September when you move in. Then whenever you decide to move out, you won't have to pay for the last month. Makes sense? I can answer any questions you have.
-Cat deposit is $275 per cat. 2 cat maximum. Absolutely no dogs.
-As stated at the top, I'll be working on getting pictures of the unit, I just wanted to list it now and get the ball rolling. Reach out to me if you're interested and we will schedule a tour!

Renter pays electric. Water, sewer and garbage are bundled and $100 per month. Cats are ok but no dogs, please! No smoking on property please.
