First floor one bedroom with front and back door access, plenty of light, dishwasher and on-site laundry. Manicured courtyard with on-site manager. Just a walk away from 15th ave and right by Miller Playfield. Safeway is just right up the street Coryell Court apartments is a charming building nearing it's 100th anniversary! The building was also featured in the 90's rom-com 'Singles'. Let's set up a viewing!
