Our house is located in the heart of the Adams Morgan neighborhood. Right off 18th Street NW and Calvert St NW; a few blocks from the Woodley Park Metro Station. In this vibrant cosmopolitan neighborhood you will find some of Washington DC's finest restaurants, historic homes, as well as an array of unique bookstores, and Washington's largest concentration of art displays. This perfect location provides many walking destinations; the White House, The National Mall, The National Zoo, DuPont Circle neighborhood, Kalorama Triangle, and many others. There are also two grocery stores, a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, and FedEx all within 2-5 minutes walking distance from the property. This unit has a walk score of 97!

This historic 3 story row house offers a spacious 3600 square feet of living space, 5 large bedrooms, a pullout sofa in the living room, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. Gracious living and dining areas for charming family meals and entertaining. Very nice traditional decor with hardwood floors and nicely equipped kitchen with a Viking stove and all stainless steel appliances. Relaxing outdoor space and courtyard provides tranquil ambiance in the heart of DC. Private, off-street parking available.

We typically rent our properties to students, medical professionals, people seeking medical treatment, interns, or business professionals coming to the area. We do allow pets, however, please be advised that the pet fee is $250/pet/month.

-Parking a car behind the unit is $20/car/night, $62.50/car/week, or $250/car/month.
-If Tenant cancels mid stay they will owe the remainder of the lease.
-Tenant understands that package delivery is very unreliable in DC as packages will either get lost or stolen.
- Tenant is responsible for their bicycle and/or automobile storage.
-Nothing but toilet paper inside the toilet.
-Tenants pay for the utilities.
