The location by E Thomas and 19th puts Trader Joes in 10 minutes walking, as well as PCC, Safeway, and a host of coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs along 15th, 23rd, and Union. This could be an ideal location to settle down and never drive again.

Buses to the Capitol Hill Link light rail station stop right outside the door, or you can walk the distance in just 10 minutes. Car access is straight forward and an EV charge point is available on-site.
