About this House
West facing view apartment over Lake Union, Queen Anne Hill, and the Olympic mountains. While this charming, historic apartment is one level below street level, it's the middle unit in the building. Large kitchen with a breakfast nook, bedroom, and ample living room all have views. Kitchen and bedroom have doors to large covered porch.
Washer and dryer in unit, plus a large storage room. Ample storage under the stairs, and a fun hidden closet in the living room. While it does have a fire place it's not in operation.
The building is on a quiet dead-end street with ample non-zoned street parking. The community is tight and friendly. Just a half block from Streissguth Gardens which my wife and I manage. Both the Howe and Blaine street stairs are a 1/2 block away and offer amazing exercise opportunities.
We own four building on this street, and live across the street in the house I grew up in.
All utility included in rent, except internet. The street has gig internet, both fiber and cable.
No fires in fireplace. No incense, open flames, or candles.
The property is smoke and vape free.
Pet deposit - $700 No more than 2 pets.
First month rent and pet deposit due at signing.
