The Clairingle Apartments is a smaller, quiet building in the desirable Capitol Hill neighborhood near main bus lines to Downtown, and within walking distance to the very popular 15th as well as Broadway. The Clairingle features updated kitchens with new cabinets, granite countertops, and wood Floors. The Clairingle is located within walking distance to lots of great places to eat and is convenient to Interstate 5 for those who need to commute for work.

Unit 101 is situated on the Northeast corner of the building and receives lovely natural light. This unit features original hard wood floors throughout, new vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom, gas range, claw-foot tub and ample closet space for storage.

The apartment is being offered on a 12-month lease term. There is a $75 per month utility fee for water, sewer, garbage. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
