8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhat an amazing experience! My child spent 7th and 8th at Rancho, and all of the teachers were supportive, caring and creative with their lesson plans. There was the right balance between hard work, independence, and fun being back together to learn and grow. The staff went above and beyond to support our student. The kids, and some of the staff, had tears in their eyes during 8th grade promotion, which was touching. My child is fully prepared and confident for high school (and beyond) thanks to the lessons learned at Rancho. The 504 team is outstanding. "Neighborhood has lots of walkways, parks and trees and is very green in general. I’ve lived in many places in the US and abroad and this is one of the most livable and relaxing areas. Also close to Costa Mesa and Newport Beach if we need more excitement. "

"Nice people live here, lovely park nearby, although most homes are attached, they are set back considerably from the street which gives privacy, many greenbelts through neighborhood. When this development was built, a lot of green space was designed into the plan. Great place to live."
