Violation: Smoking inside the property is a major breach of this lease. It will result in eviction proceedings and charges for professional odor removal and property cleaning.

Lawn Care Access, Property Access: Tenant agrees to grant the Landlord's designated lawn care service provider regular access to the yard and perimeter of the property for maintenance purposes.

Debris Removal: Tenant is responsible for keeping the yard free of personal property, toys, pet waste, and trash so that lawn care can be performed safely and efficiently.

Maximum Occupants: The maximum number of individuals allowed to permanently reside in this 3-bedroom house is six (6) persons.

Pets allowed subject to owner approval and screening. Maximum limit of two pets per household. Breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines. Tenant responsibility for any pet damage or outdoor cleanup.
