Description
The house boasts 3900 square feet of living space and sits on over 4 acres of land, offering plenty of space and privacy. The fenced-in inground pool (20x41) is a standout feature, especially with recent upgrades like a new liner and sand filter. The durable pool cover adds to its appeal and practicality. With a relatively young roof (15 years old) and the benefit of leased solar panels (8 years old), the home offers energy efficiency and reduced utility costs. The presence of a whole-house automatic generator ensures uninterrupted power supply during outages, enhancing convenience and peace of mind. The open-concept kitchen with an island flowing into the cathedral ceiling family room is ideal for modern living and entertaining. Two fireplaces add warmth and ambiance. Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms in '22 contribute to the home's contemporary appeal, while a new A/C unit in '23 ensures comfort during warmer months. Regular maintenance such as septic pumping every 3 years and the removal and soil testing of the inground oil tank demonstrate responsible ownership. The spacious 2-car garage (with potential for 4 tandem) and partially finished basement offer ample storage and additional living space options. The primary bedroom with ensuite and a private balcony provides a luxurious retreat within the home. A new driveway installed in '23 enhances curb appeal and provides convenient access to the property.Overall, this home seems to offer a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and outdoor enjoyment, making it a highly desirable property for potential buyers.

"Warwick is a lovely town. Not very diverse in terms is minorities. I saw that as an Asian American woman in my 20s. I grew up in Westchester so I'm used that but I also love horses and country esque scenery. And I love that the town is walkable and cute and I feel safe at night when I need to walk my dogs alone. Wealthy older Town for sure but it's not like Greenwich CT or Chappaqua NY or etc. Gem on its own right. "
