Grocery stores are far and the public transportation is convenient. Some kids walk to school, two elementary schools and two middle schools around the area. There’s a farmer’s market in summer and fall too."

Parking has become contentious in past few years. The diversity that made neighborhood vibrant and interesting is fading as rents go up and long-time families and unique businesses are pushed out. Too many shoddy renovations/rehabs and 'luxury' multi-units going up that will become slummy in about 10 years."
