The first floor features the foyer, a half bathroom, the living room with hardwood floors and a woodburning fireplace, the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, the formal dining room, a kitchen with informal dining area, a den/library with sliding doors out to the back deck, a laundry room, and two offices/bonus rooms. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The walk-out basement is finished with a large rec room / second living space. There is a large 2-car attached garage with room for vehicles and storage space. There is also walk-in attic storage space. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. Landlord is responsible for lawn maintenance. Pet friendly (limit 2). $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. No smoking allowed.

$40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score. Minimum credit score (Experian*) of 640 required. *Please note, Experian scores are typically slightly lower than Transunion and Equifax scores. 12-month lease required. Income requirement - gross monthly income at least 3x the rent.
