What Locals Say about Bailey

  • Trulia User
"It’s just not that big of an area for your dog, there’s a lot of pavement and not a lot of grass unfortunately"
  • Karen P.
"I have lived here for 4 years with lovely neighbors, easy to walk my dogs, quiet but active- well kept houses"
  • SA
"The neighborhood has become very seedy, especially after the city cut down most of the large trees that made this place special. Trees add value to properties and they take decades to replace. I'm looking to leave East Lansing soon!"
  • Trulia User
"I walk to work at MSU. It’s wonderful summer, spring and fall. Winter is often beautiful as well. The sidewalks in most of our area are well cared for. Although, in student rental areas are iffy. There are lots of people walking almost everyday. If I drive, it takes me 5 minutes door to door."
  • Monica m.
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 6 years. It's a mixture of university professors / staff and young families. I think it's vibrant and friendly. Very walkable. It's 1 mile to WholeFoods. 4 blocks to Starbucks, CVS and restaurants."
  • Annie B. J.
"Two many students live in the area and trash the area. Just drive around and see all the litter and trash in the yards and streets. East lansing mhas cut back on city services so now the city sewers are plugged up and flooding on the city streets happen all the time as is now."
