This is for a 6 month or 1 year lease. We are also more than happy to accommodate a ski lease through the end of the ski season.

Furnishings in the house include large couch, beds, dressers, televisions mounted to the wall, new kitchen appliances, all kitchen accessories, and kitchen table. Brand new carpet has been installed throughout. HOA is responsible for clearing stairs leading down to the house and the parking area. Street parking included.

Make moving to Tahoe simple and easy by renting this fully furnished and ready to go house.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenants with dogs are encouraged to apply, no additional pet deposit. No tobacco smoke in the house. Parking included. 6 month, 1 year, or ski lease available.

PROS: * Close to Heavenly Mountain Resort * Close to the casinos and Lake Tahoe * Very quiet and peaceful * It's at the top of the ridge, which means incredible views and lots of outdoor activities just steps away, including the Tahoe Rim Trail. * No multifamily residences * Higher number of full-time residents compared to other areas of Tahoe * Almost 0% crime rate. I have friends who leave their cars unlocked with keys in the ignition. CONS: * At the top of the ridge, the snowfall is heavier than at lake level. * Streets and driveways can be sloped, which can make them difficult to navigate in snow. * Lots can be sloped to the point where they are unusable as yards. * No gas station or grocery store (2.5-3 miles away)"
