Description

Looking for a roommate to move into our 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse. The room that is opening up is the upstairs room with its own bathroom. Rent is $900/month plus utilities. The room will be available starting March 21st to move in but can be viewed before then. There is one dog already living in the house. Open to a second but would have to meet them first. There are also a good amount of stairs just a heads up. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions on here.

Looking for a six month lease but could be open to 1 year. Can be pretty flexible with this since I'm the owner.

PROS: * Close to Heavenly Mountain Resort * Close to the casinos and Lake Tahoe * Very quiet and peaceful * It's at the top of the ridge, which means incredible views and lots of outdoor activities just steps away, including the Tahoe Rim Trail. * No multifamily residences * Higher number of full-time residents compared to other areas of Tahoe * Almost 0% crime rate. CONS: * At the top of the ridge, the snowfall is heavier than at lake level. * Streets and driveways can be sloped, which can make them difficult to navigate in snow. * Lots can be sloped to the point where they are unusable as yards. * No gas station or grocery store (2.5-3 miles away)"
