No smoking/vaping please. 12 minutes drive to downtown Newport. Between two Beaches. Walk, bike, wildlife watch, watersport and Middletown dining and pubbing, are minutes away. Flexible occupancy. Tenant responsible for electric heat, hot water, A/C. wi/fi. Easy to schedule a tour!!

    "Oxbow Farms i wouldn't recommended for anyone unless you are in situation were really don’t have a choice. Maintenance comes to fix your stuff always doing a halfway job leaving it worst then before. They will charge you for every single thing but when you move out they have 0 consideration for you and charge anything they can so they can keep part of your deposit. It’s ridiculous!!! Unsafe neighborhood people were actually kill there and find dead on their on homes. Police is always there for one reason or another. Office stuff only one of the worker there is nice. If you had another option I would take it. This would be your last resort."
