A beautiful wrought iron gated front house on a quiet and large street. Close to many shopping centers and restaurants. Newly painted, very clean inside and outside. Concreted all around the house. There is no closed garage but you can fit up to 4 cars in front of the house, inside of the private gate.
Central air conditioning and heating. Recess, electricity saving, LED lights all over the house. Water and sewage bill is on the owner. The large living room and the bedrooms are bright and sunny. Laminated floors. The kitchen has beautiful wooden cabinets, granite counters and granite floor. Kitchen sink has a drinking water filter. A large breakfast area is coming from the kitchen and has a sliding door that is opening to a small porch and to the backyard. There is a good size concreted backyard for outside entertainment.
LG washer and drier. A laundry room door is taking you to the outside large clothes hanging space in the backyard. There is an outside large sink with hot and cold water. This front house is separated from the back house with an eight feet high vinyl fence. It has complete privacy from the back house.

It’s a good community with lots of lot space where even in heavy commuter traffic you can get to the west side in ~45 mins. This feels especially satisfying compared to further out communities that people go for similar space but require 1-1.5 hour commutes each way."
