Offered at $5,380*1415-A Compton Road, San Francisco, CA 94129 is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment home that comes to 1,350 square feet of space. The unit features washer and dryer hookups and designated parking. The neighborhood has stops for the PresidiGo, a transportation system, free to park residents, offering service throughout the Presidio National Park and downtown San Francisco. We will have an open house on Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 11AM to 12PM. We will begin accepting holding deposits immediately after the open house in accordance with our priority system.

Additional Information:
Holding deposit is $5,380.00

Application fee is $46.00 per adult

Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100.00 per month with a 2 vehicle maximum

Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500.00 deposit and $75 per month per pet.

Listed rents reflect a twelve-month lease with a move-in date within ten days of deposit. Other options and longer lease terms are available; please speak with your leasing agent for details. Pricing may change after June 26, 2025.

All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust's standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences.

Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.

Foxtails are bad certain times of the year, had my dog get one in her nose, her paw, and her ear. Separate occasions over the years. We don't let her off leash either and stay on trails..scary and expensive! "
