About this House

Available June 1 We will have a Large Top 1 floor Bedroom unit. This unit was recently remodeled with the original 100 year old hardwoods that have been sanded and refinished, completely new Kitchen and Bath. The unit has great South and Western views that get great natural light as there are windows everywhere.

1st Month + Deposit

In addition to rent, Tenant Pays:

 A small monthly fee of $65 per person covers the Water, Sewer & Garbage. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities to providers directly.

$10 per month is billed as part of a tenant benefit package that includes digital leasing, 24 hour tenant support service available by phone or text, fee free e-Check online rent payments (debit and credit cards do carry a fee set and retained by the payment processor).

 We do require renters insurance showing a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage in case of accidental damages to the property. Should tenant not maintain renters insurance a liability to landlord policy (that doesn't cover tenants possessions or liability to any other party) will be obtained for which we charge $15.00 monthly

 For the safety and security of our tenants, we are a strictly non-smoking smoking property.

We are Pet friendly. 1 small dogs (max 30lbs) or 2 cats maximum. Pet Deposit is 25% of 1st month rent, pet rent is $35/pet. Certain breed restrictions apply due to the terms of our property insurance.

Security: $750 to $1200 depending on credit and rental history.

The Harvard Crest is classic Seattle vintage building, built in the early 1900's. The building is controlled access, with 34 one-bedroom and studio units. Many of the kitchens still feature their original iceboxes, used as cabinets today, giving the apartment an old-world charm that's hard to come by now-a-days. Nearly all of the apartments at the Harvard Crest feature original hardwood floors, meticulously maintained over the years.

With an impressive Walk Score of 98, the Harvard Crest is conveniently located just 1 block away from one of Seattle's richest, most diverse streets; Broadway. Full of colleges, museums, restaurants, and cool hole-in-the-wall shops, you'll only find here.
