This cozy one bedroom( furnished) is on the 3rd floor with western views out four windows. There is off street parking, free internet, and three mature Honey-Crisp Apple tree( that means free yummy apple in August and September), and flower filled back yard.
To accomadate life.... our terms are month to month.
Sorry, no pets(we have others with allergies, and pur halls are common space).
This price is for one person, and additional charge of $100 a month for a roomate.
