This apartment is in "the old railroad hotel" on North- East corner of Pine and North union. With windows facing West and South this space is filled with natural light( new double pane windows!). Everyone on our block maintained their homes and yards well. It was a great West End neighborhood. Plus, it was convenient to everything - grocery, bank, gym, restaurant, movie and even the liquor store!"

These neighbors drive past our house blowing their horns at obscene hours of the day, they tell obscenities at me and my mother and claim they are "vigilantes" carrying out "mob rule." We have had enough of the harassing comments, destruction of our property, and the camera pointed off their house and into my bedroom. Someone moving into Fountain Street beware."
